Please join us on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Kirkwood Park in St. Louis as we raise much needed funds and awareness for those impacted by epilepsy in Kansas and Missouri.
This family-friendly event features a timed 5K run and 1 mile walk that attracts hundreds of enthusiastic participants each year. Both the 5K and 1 mile walk start at 7:30 a.m.
The Epilepsy Foundation of Missouri and Kansas proudly leads the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.

Timed 5K Runner
For participants over 15 years of age. Pre-registration available until August 13 at 4:00 PM.
Run for Fun 5K
Participate in our 5K at your leisure. For participants over 15. Untimed registration!
One Mile Walk
1 Mile Walk. Registration open until 7:30 a.m. when the walk starts.
Child Timed 5K
For children 15 and under. Pre-registration available until August 13 at 4:00 PM.
Child Untimed 5K / Walk
For children 15 and under. Untimed 5K or 1 Mile Walk at their leisure.
Virtual Run/Walk
Participate safely at your convenience. Includes shipping for race shirt and bib.
Virtual Child Run/Walk

Event Details

Shirt Guarantee
Register on or before July 31st at 5:00 p.m. to be guaranteed your shirt size. After that date, previous event shirts may be substituted.
Packet Pickup
Friday, August 14th at Fleet Feet - Des Peres, 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.. Address: 11731 Manchester Road, Des Peres, MO 63131. We strongly encourage you to pick up on Friday, especially teams.
Race Day Pickup
If you are unable to pick up on Friday, shirts and bibs will be available starting at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday at Kirkwood Park.
Art4Epilepsy Collection
We will be collecting new art supplies for Art4Epilepsy at the race. These supplies will be donated to kids in Epilepsy Monitoring Units in St. Louis. Please bring any new art supplies you can!
